💡 To enable first: Aletiq's AI features are not available by default. They must be enabled on your environment before they can be used (see the “Enable AI features” section at the bottom of this article).

🎯 AI assists, humans decide. Every AI suggestion is reviewed and validated by a person. No autonomous decision is made: the assistant guides, suggests and accelerates, but never replaces the team member on critical tasks
Security and privacy
Your data stays yours, and stays in Europe. Aletiq AI was designed for critical industries, where accountability and traceability are non-negotiable. We apply the following key principles:
🏰 Strict respect for access rights: AI only responds based on what each user is already authorized to see. No risk of disclosing restricted information.
🇪🇺 Hosting in Europe: your data stays hosted with OVH in France, and AI processing is carried out within the European Union.
🗑️ No retention: data sent for AI processing is deleted as soon as the processing is complete.
🚫 Never used for training: neither by Aletiq, nor by Microsoft, nor by any model provider.
🔒 Isolated execution: AI models never directly access your data.
⚙️ Exclusion on request: certain sensitive documents can be entirely excluded from AI features. To configure these exclusion rules, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Finally, our approach is aligned with the European AI Act (transparency, human oversight, risk management) and rolled out gradually, feature by feature, hand in hand with our customers.
