The home page
The home page lists the tasks assigned to you and gives you key shortcuts to your favourites, to workflow creation or object creation. You can return to it at any time by clicking the Aletiq logo at the top left of the screen.
The different menus of Aletiq
The top bar lets you navigate to Aletiq's different pages:
Files give access to the Documents and Parts (CAD files) managed and saved by you and your colleagues
Workflows organise collaboration between teams on business processes (e.g. document signature and validation circuit)
Products gather the data that define your Articles, Tooling and Manufacturing Orders
Projects help contextualise the data related to a batch of work and plan it over time (e.g. development of a new product range)
Focus on the Detail Pane
Some objects in the application (Documents, Manufacturing Orders, Parts) have a Detail pane giving direct access to their own information: associated properties or attributes, workflow(s), associated product(s) and document(s).

Quick search
Aletiq's 🔍 Quick search lets you quickly find information across all objects in the database, based on their name and/or identifier:

No need to enter special characters: each string separated by a space is searched
Aletiq's helpcenter
Aletiq Help (bottom right of the screen) lets you quickly find help articles or contact us to suggest a feature request, report a bug or request a bulk data change.
