Admin profiles can manage objects' properties
You can apply the sites concerned for each property
Properties are used to tag objects for easier classification. To access customizable property management:
Access the Administration tab
Open the Properties panel
Open the pane corresponding to the object category whose properties you wish to manage (i.e.: Document, or Product)
How to create a property
Click on New property
Fill in the different fields:
Property type: defines the type of value expected for this property (single or multiple choice value list, number, text, date, user).
Distribution: list of sites for which the property will be visible
Property name & description
For Single Selection and Multiple Selection property types, the list of selectable values (click on
New value).
Click on Confirm
How to modify a property
Aletiq's native properties cannot be modified. Only customizable properties created by users can be modified.
It is not possible to modify the type of a property if a value has been assigned to an object for that property.
To modify an existing property:
In the properties panel, click on Modify
In the window that opens, modify the property characteristics or values, then click on Confirm
