Templates allow a generic structure to be predefined for creating workflows
A workflow launched from a template can be modified and adapted when it is created
Create a workflow from a template
To initiate a workflow :
In the Workflows tab, access the Workflows page.
Click on New Workflow.
In the window that opens, use the drop-down list to select the workflow template to use.
Choose an existing template and the name of the workflow is automatically completed. If necessary, it can be modified.
If necessary, change the scope of distribution of the workflow.
If necessary, associate other application objects with the workflow.
If necessary, adapt the elements of the tasks automatically filled in by the template.
If necessary, add a basic / signature task.
Lastly, finish creating the workflow by clicking on Create (bottom right).
