Aletiq offers a high level of traceability by tracking the definition and manufacturing configuration data applied to manufacturing orders.
Assigning a definition and a manufacturing process to a manufacturing order can be done in just a few clicks.
Traceability can be handled either manually or automatically through an integration interface.
View Manufacturing Orders Traceability
The definition and manufacturing configurations applied to each manufacturing order are easy to read:
Go to the Manufacturing orders tab of an article or to the global Manufacturing orders page (
Products > Related manufacturing orders)Display native properties if needed:
Assigned definition
Assigned manufacturing process
Click on the definition index or manufacturing index to access the linked configuration
Manage the Application of a Definition or Manufacturing process to Manufacturing orders
To change the definition or manufacturing process applied to one or more manufacturing orders:
Go to the Articles page for which the configuration needs to be updated
Select the manufacturing orders to modify
Click Edit definition index or Edit manufacturing index
Select the appropriate index
Confirm the update
💡 This action allows you to define the applicability range of a new product definition or manufacturing process.
