A project is a collection of tasks, milestones, and deliverables planned over time.
It helps structure long and complex business processes.

💡 A project template is a predefined structure of tasks, milestones, and deliverables designed to streamline project execution.
It acts as a reference or starting point for similar projects.

⚠️ Only Administrator accounts can create project templates.

🤷‍♂️ Why Use Project Templates?

  1. Standardize project management

  2. Reduce risks linked to poor task planning

  3. Avoid starting from scratch every time

  4. Save time on setup and scheduling

🆕 Create a New Project Template

  1. Click on + New template to get started

  2. Define a Template name and a Generic project name

  • Add as many Tasks and Milestones as needed, and fill in the provided fields

💡 Tasks and milestones can be grouped into Phases to improve visibility

  • Modify, reschedule, or create dependencies between tasks
    You can assign multiple deliverables to a single task if needed

  • Once your tasks and milestones are structured and scheduled, click on
    Create a project template

💡 You can also duplicate an existing template to create a new one

Edit an Existing Project Template

As an Administrator, you can also edit existing templates to:

  • Add or remove tasks or milestones

  • Modify tasks and milestones (e.g., deliverables, owners, dependencies, timelines)


Delete a Project Template

As an Administrator, you can delete a project template if it becomes outdated or unused.

🗑️ This will not impact any projects already created from the template.
However, no new projects can be created from a deleted template.
