It acts as a reference or starting point for similar projects.
⚠️ Only Administrator accounts can create project templates.

Avoid starting from scratch every time
Save time on setup and scheduling
🆕 Create a New Project Template
Click on + New template to get started
Define a Template name and a Generic project name
Add as many Tasks and Milestones as needed, and fill in the provided fields
💡 Tasks and milestones can be grouped into Phases to improve visibility
Modify, reschedule, or create dependencies between tasks
You can assign multiple deliverables to a single task if needed
Once your tasks and milestones are structured and scheduled, click on
Create a project template
💡 You can also duplicate an existing template to create a new one
Edit an Existing Project Template
As an Administrator, you can also edit existing templates to:
Add or remove tasks or milestones
Modify tasks and milestones (e.g., deliverables, owners, dependencies, timelines)
Delete a Project Template
As an Administrator, you can delete a project template if it becomes outdated or unused.
🗑️ This will not impact any projects already created from the template.
However, no new projects can be created from a deleted template.
