👉 The manufacturing order object represents the physical instance of a product, also referred to as a work order or serial number.
👉 Manufacturing orders (MO) are typically synchronized automatically in Aletiq via an ERP integration interface.
👉 Each MO can be associated with a definition index and a manufacturing process index, allowing for full configuration traceability.
Create one or multiple MO
1️⃣ Go to the manufacturing order tab of an article or to the global manufacturing order page
2️⃣ Click on + New MO
3️⃣ Fill in the form (ID, manufacturing index, manufacturing order, properties), then click Create
💡 You can create multiple manufacturing orders by separating each ID with a comma ","
Apply property values to a MO
1️⃣ Go to the manufacturing order tab of an article or to the general manufacturing order page
2️⃣ Select one or more MO to edit
3️⃣ Click Edit a property, select a property, then choose the value to apply
4️⃣ Confirm the update
Attach one or More Files to a MO
💡 You can attach files to MO (e.g., deviation sheet or non-conformity report). These files can be retrieved through Quick Search in the Files section.
1️⃣ Go to the MO page or the article’s MO tab
2️⃣ Click Open on the MO's row to open the detail panel
3️⃣ In the Files tab (right side), select the file, choose a file type, then confirm the upload
