A View is a customised display of objects managed on Aletiq (documents, parts, items, tools, work orders, users, workflows, tasks). With a View, you can:

🎯 Filter the objects to be displayed (e.g. show only documents from the quality system),

🔢 Sort objects (e.g. display the most recent items first),

🧱 Choose which properties are visible and their display order.

Views appear as tabs in the Documents, Parts, Items, etc. digital spaces, sorted alphabetically.

View Management

Only Administrators can modify and save a View for the entire organisation.

👉 modify existing views

👉 manage the scope of a view

👉 delete a view

Managers can also create their own Views, but these will only be visible to themselves.
