Aletiq allows to follow objects called passports which represent the physical instanciation of products (they are also sometimes called Production orders, Serial numbers etc.).
Each passport can be linked to a definition index and/or an operation bill index, ensuring configuration traceability.
Creating a passeport
Go to the passport tab of an article
Click on "New passports"
Fill the form (Unique name, passport properties, definition and operation bill index) and then click on "Create"
💡 Good to know :
Once created, it is possible to modify them and to attach files (for example a non-conformity sheet)
