Tracking workflow progress

To acces the workflows view :

  1. Click on Workflows menu and then on Workflows in the list

  2. From this view, all of the workflows are accesible with an overview of the different statuses. From here you can :

    1. Modify the properties that are visbible with the columns modification button

    2. Filter on those properties

    3. Text search a workflow by its name

    4. Export the view as a .csv format

    5. Create a new workflow

    6. Open the page related to a workflow

In order to facilitate even more the tracking of the workflows progress, we recommend to define specific views (for example a view which only displays the workflows related to Quality documents, or a view which displays only the workflows in progress).

To do so, feel free to look at this article on the topic : Create and manage views.

Tracking task progress

The tasks assigned to you can directly be accessed from Aletiq homepage, and the tasks related to a workflow are accessible from the given workflow's page, but it is also possible to track the progress of all the tasks :

  2. From this view, all of the tasks are accessible with their deadline, owner and status. from here you can :

    1. Filter on the the tasks properties

    2. Text search a task by its name, or by the workflow or project it is related to

    3. Export the view as a .csv format

    4. Open a task to see its detailed view

Similarly to the workflows, it is possible to to define specific views for the tasks.

To do so, feel free to look at this article on the topic : Create and manage views.

Analysing the overview of the workflows

Aletiq also presents an in-built global analysis of the workflows. To access it simply click on Analysis in the Workflows tab. From there, different graphs and pieces of data are displayed based on the selected workflow models and period of time.
